Return & Refund Policy

1. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:
• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Clear Photos of the Issue
• Complete Unboxing Video (from opening the package to showing the product)

After verification, we will:
✅ Send a Free Replacement
or
✅ Issue a Full Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

2. Size Exchange

Every product is custom printed after your order is placed. Therefore, we do not offer size exchanges. Please check the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

3. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
❌ Did not like the color
❌ Did not like the design
❌ Changed your mind
❌ Ordered the wrong size
❌ Provided the wrong address

This is because all our products are Print-on-Demand items.

4. Missing Package

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours. We will initiate an investigation with our courier partner.

5. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they go into printing. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Replacement Timeline

Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5–10 business days.
